 Haywire was a Canadian rock band, most active in the 1980s. They combined elements of hard rock, AOR, and melodic rock. Haywire was Canada's answer to the new wave era: bold, melodic, and incredibly danceable. What began as a school gig grew into one of the brightest stars of Canadian radio in the 1980s. The band produced melodic, radio-friendly rock with clean vocals and guitar harmonies, typical of the Canadian AOR scene of the time. Although Haywire never achieved widespread international fame, they remain a notable representative of Canadian melodic rock of the 1980s. Haywire isn't just a band; it's a time capsule. They play rock with such warmth and melodic generosity that each song feels like a long-familiar hit you'd simply forgotten but always loved. Today, "Haywire" remains a part of Canadian '80s rock history and is sometimes mentioned in nostalgic reviews of hard rock from the era.

 Gary Moore (full name Robert William Gary Moore) is a Northern Irish guitarist, singer, and composer, one of the most recognizable blues-rock musicians of the 20th century and one of the most outstanding and influential guitarists in the history of rock music. His playing style combines virtuoso technique with a deep blues sensibility. Gary Moore is valued for combining blues soul with rock power: his approach to phrasing and dynamics has influenced numerous guitarists, including Slash, Joe Bonamassa, John Petrucci, and many others. For some, he is a hard rock star of the 1980s; for others, he is one of the leading blues guitarists of the late 20th century. He proved that one can be a virtuoso and still be a deeply emotional musician. He played as if he were saying goodbye to life with every note, and that is why his music is immortal.

 Babylon A.D. is one of the most underrated gems of the American hard rock scene. Formed in 1987, the band combines the best of both worlds: the commercial appeal and melodicism of glam metal with the heaviness and social awareness of alternative rock. Their debut album was a breath of fresh air, and subsequent works demonstrated an evolution from the flashy MTV videos to a mature, deep sound. This is music for those who love powerful bass, clean guitar solos, and lyrics about life, freedom, and self-discovery. The band became a notable phenomenon at the turn of the 1980s and 1990s, but never achieved superstar status, remaining in the "cult" category. They were often compared to Guns N' Roses, Skid Row, and Tesla in terms of spirit and time. Babylon A.D. remain favorites of hard rock fans from the 80s and 90s.  Cardigans is a Swedish quartet from Jönköping, formed in 1992. They began as indie pop with guitars and melancholic melodies, then unexpectedly emerged as one of the most recognizable bands of the 90s. Their music features Nina Persson's soft, slightly detached vocals, which envelop the listener, and a light, almost ethereal instrumental base that blends pop, rock, and a touch of retro. Nina Persson's soft, angelic vocals are often paired with ironic, and sometimes dark, lyrics. Their biggest hit, "Lovefool," was featured on the soundtrack to the film "Romeo + Juliet." It brought the band worldwide fame and a Grammy nomination. The band became one of the most successful Swedish acts after ABBA and Roxette. “Cardigans” can be different: ironic and tender, cold and cozy at the same time - like a Scandinavian winter, which has both snow and light.
